Maximizing Human Capital Investment for the Ultimate ROI: What Employers Need To Know

Talent Acquisition is the one function that makes all other roles in a company possible. Yet it is the single most inefficient function in every company. And the most important. And the most underfunded.

Crafting the story of your human capital ROI (HCROI) and by extension the ROI of your technology, services, and process initiatives allows HR and TA leaders to remain competitive. Understanding your HCROI allows HR and TA leaders to drive meaningful change and optimization in their human capital acquisition and retention approaches.

On April 25th at 11 a.m. EDT / 8 a.m. PDT / 4 p.m. BST, author, professor, and CEO of HCMoneyball, Dr. Solange Charas, returned to the JobSync Recruitment Roundtable to take a deep dive into the impact of elevating HR and TA’s role in driving business growth and revenue.

We discussed:

  • The Human Capital Investment (HCI) KPIs to track and how they can be leveraged to improve HR and TA practices and policies

  • How to measure human capital investments as related to revenue

  • Ways to quantify the revenue impact of HR and TA initiatives and

  • How to identify the most impactful areas to focus future spend

And so much more!
